The things that once got you out of bed and drove you no longer make you feel the same way. The version of you that knew how to succeed is harder to access. You can still deliver.
But internally, something feels different. You might be questioning your work, your identity, your ambition, your relationships or the role you've spent years performing for everyone else.
From the outside, your life still looks successful. Inside, it's more complicated than that.

I work with people in the space between external competence and internal truth. Between knowing something has to change and knowing exactly what might be.
Through honest conversation, deep reflection, pattern recognition and grounded perspective. Not formulas, performance or fixed frameworks.
sometimes what people need is not another strategy.
They need language for what they're experiencing - someone who understands where they are. . Space to think clearly. Someone who can see what they can't yet see themselves. And a steady presence while the old identity loosens its grip.
This is not about becoming someone new. It's about recognising who you were before the roles, the expectations, and the survival patterns you learned to live with.
I see the thing people can't see about themselves. And I say it out loud.

a bit about me
I spent 30 years climbing to the top of global organisations. I was good at it. I achieved everything I was told to want.
Then, in December 2022, I realised: This isn’t it.
I didn’t leave because I burnt out or failed. I just finally chose myself over the performance.
The hardest part wasn't leaving. It was admitting how long I'd stayed somewhere I'd already outgrown.
I've always been able to walk into any room - boardroom, business, personal crisis - and see exactly what's happening before anyone's finished explaining it. Sixth sense. Pattern recognition. Straight talking. Not telling you what you want to hear.
I know the cost of that performance. Which means I know exactly what it's costing you.
