about me

i'm Ciara

I spent 30 years in corporate roles - sales, marketing, commercial, leadership. 


I built this program because leadership development is mostly rubbish or non-existent. I was amazed over the years at how no one actually ever teaches you how to do your job. You might be at the technical side of your job - but that doesn't make you a good leader. 


Generic frameworks don't account for the reality of the mayhem that is middle management. Motivational speeches that don't help when you're managing an underperformer or leading through change you don't believe in.


This is what I wish someone had given me 15 years ago.
