We meet once a month for a dedicated half-day, completely face-to-face and away from the office. There are no Zoom calls, no slides, no suits. Just somewhere relaxed that you can open up and feel like you.  

There is no ticking clock in this room. If we hit the 4-hour mark and we are mid-breakthrough, I am not tapping my watch or cutting you off. We stay until the thread is clear.
